You can now fly to Cancun, Puerto Rico and Miami from Atlantic City International Airport

Spirit Airlines just announced that they will offer non-stop flights to Cancun, Mexico; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Miami, Florida from its Atlantic City hub.

Spirit Airlines now offers a total of ten destinations.

In fact, the flight to Cancun, Mexico is the airline’s first international destination to be served from Atlantic City. Meanwhile, the flight to Miami strengthens the airlines’ service to Florida, which already includes daily flights to nearby Fort Lauderdale.

Spirit Airlines is now offering service to three new Atlantic City destinations

We know that about the new routes:

As a frequent passenger on cruise lines always looking for cheap flights, I’m super excited. Of course, the idea of sitting on a ghost plane for more than three hours does NOT sound too comfortable. Though I have to admit that I can just do it to save a dollar on the airfare.

I’ve always wanted to cruise from San Juan, Puerto Rico, but airfare can be inconsistent from Philadelphia. This can help.

“We know people are ready to hop on and off, and flying nonstop to popular destinations makes it easy to plan a sun-and-sand getaway,” said Matt Klein, executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Spirit Airlines.

Also, I say that it is good for the economy in Atlantic City as well, as there are more and more opportunities for visitors to come to our beloved gambling city.
