NC Courage Fall Series roster update

Cary, NC (September 9, 2020) – The NC Courage announced the updated line-up of the team ahead of the autumn series of NWSL matches. The Courage kicks off the NWSL Fall Series on Friday, September 11th against the Houston Dash at 7 p.m. on Twitch.

Jessica McDonald has signed a contract extension until 2021. Kristen Hamilton and Debinha have signed a contract extension until 2022. Sinclaire Miramontez has signed a contract until 2020 and Lynn Williams has signed a new contract until 2023.

Rylee Baisden, Danica Evans, Kristina Maksuti, Peyton Perea and Ari Romero have signed contracts with the NC Courage until the end of the 2020 season.

Lindsay Agnew was loaned to Swedish Kif Örebro until the end of the Damallsvenskan season in November. Hailie Mace is also on loan at Kristianstads DFF in Sweden until November.

Denise O’Sullivan will join Brighton & Hole Albion in England on loan until December 31, 2020. The midfielder will also spend time representing her country while Ireland takes part in UEFA Women’s Euro qualifiers in mid-September.

Samantha Mewis signed with Manchester City on August 10th. The midfielder’s NWSL rights remain with North Carolina Courage.

Merritt Mathias will not be available for the fall series as she is recovering from an injury. Ally Watt will not be available in the NWSL Challenge Cup after an injury at the end of the season.

Jaelene Daniels, Crystal Dunn, Abby Erceg, Kristen Hamilton and Jessica McDonald have decided to withdraw from the NWSL Fall Series. Stephanie Labbé decided to opt out after the NC Courage game on September 19th.
