This year, 19 awards will be given to outstanding Canadian organizations in recognition of their commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence. The award categories include: Excellence, innovation & wellness®; Healthy workplace®; and Mental health in the workplace®.

  • Ian MacLachlan, Ph.D, Independent Biotechnology Consultant, MacLachlan Consulting Inc, recognizing his leadership role and significant contribution to the development of the lipid nanoparticle technology behind mRNA vaccines for COVID-19.
  • Dr. Theresa Tam, BMBS (UK), FRCPC, Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, in recognition of her lifelong contribution to promoting and protecting the health of all Canadians and for her national leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic.
