Doha: Al Rayyan International University College (ARIU) announced that registration for its two new Masters programs for February 2022 is now open.
This is done in partnership with the University of Derby in the UK, which operates under the umbrella of the Culture, Education, Leisure and Sport cluster of Al Faisal Holding. The programs mentioned are licensed by the University of Derby and approved by the Department of Education and Higher Education in Qatar.
The programs mentioned include the Master of Business Administration in Global Hospitality Management and the Master of Science in Tourism Management, which will complement ARIU’s current educational offering and support the expansion of the country’s high-quality postgraduate education.
In addition, it will also contribute to the development and growth of Qatar’s tourism and hospitality industries, and support the country’s efforts in developing specialist training in strategically important sectors.
Dr. Ivan Ninov, Executive Dean of ARIU at the University of Derby, said, “Our institutional objectives are fully aligned with the main objectives of the National Vision 2030 of Qatar, and our academic majors are clearly focused on the core pillars of the vision. A postgraduate degree at the University of Derby opens doors to an exciting future with diverse career prospects and options. We are optimistic that with the introduction of the two new master’s courses we can support working people in further developing their talents and enriching their careers. “
The Masters degrees are based entirely on the University of Derby curriculum, and upon successful completion of the academic programs, students are awarded the Masters degree from that university.
It is offered full-time and part-time to help working professionals interested in a college degree. The duration of the full-time study is one year.
