Submission of Camera-Ready Documents

    Final Submission

    For an accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings CD it must comply with the IEEE publication format and standard (IEEE Xplore format). Authors are responsible for making any changes necessary be bring their paper into compliance. (Changes should be minimal, or none, if you followed the formatting instructions in the Call for Papers.)

    1. Final paper submissions (Camera-ready PDFs) are due August 3rd, 2007.
    2. Please use the IEEE eXpress tools to check for compliance. (Access describe below.)
    3. Upload your compliant paper, replacing the reviewed version of your paper at papers.cluster2007.org.
      (Even if your paper is already compliant, please upload it again. It will have a newer date and we will then be assured that it has been checked for compliance. Non-compliant papers cannot be included in the CD.)

    IEEE Xplore format Compliance

    The IEEE Xplore format is described in the Call for Papers section at the Cluster 2007 web site.
    1. Go to the URL http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp and create a login by clicking on New Users - Click here.
    2. Use cluster07 as the Conference ID
    3. Login.
    4. Follow the instructions for checking your PDF file for compliance.
      (Results are emailed to you, and can also be retrieved from the "PDF Check report" link in the "Status*:" information area of the "Home - Title Status" page. )
    5. You can also use their tools to convert documents to PDF files.
    6. (Use your eXpress username, password and the "cluster07" conference ID when you revisit the site.)
